General Guidelines
- VPN Login: Editors must be logged in through VPN or at a county office to edit the website.

Website Backup Schedule: A backup occurs three times daily: 8:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., and 4:15 p.m. This may delay a webpage loading or the saving of a page you've edited. Be patient and wait for the backup to finish before clicking away from the window. If you hit the back browser button after saving while the backup is running, you may lose the edits you made. Just wait for the site to reload, and all will be fine.
